David Mattioli, RN, CMC, BSN
Vice President, Regional Operations

David Mattioli brings more than 17 years' experience in a variety of healthcare settings to SeniorBridge. For 9 years previously, he was the Administrator of Almost Family in West Palm Beach, responsible for operations and delivery of care for the in-home program in 4 counties, and for a time served dually in that role at Almost Family's Medical Adult Day Center in Boynton Beach. Mr. Mattioli began his nursing career at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he developed a passion for caring for the elderly, and became a care manager before returning to Florida. He is a certified trainer for the Alzheimer training course for home health agencies in Florida and coauthored the curriculum used for the training. Mr. Mattioli is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. He received a BS in biology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University, and is a certified Legal Nurse Consultant. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Case Management Society of America.

Susan Hamlin
Regional Executive Director

With more than 15 years experience in business development, management and operations across a diverse career, Susan brings a commitment to excellence in all areas of her work which includes building strong relationships, mentoring employees, achieving goals and advocating for clients. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Susan served as the Regional Vice President for Crdentia in Winter Park, Florida where she oversaw sales and daily operations of multiple branches in Arizona, North Carolina and Texas. Among her many accomplishments, she has provided housing placement for traveling therapists, recruited and trained sales teams and won recognition for her business development skills. Susan studied Business Administration and Psychology at Seminole Community College in Sanford, Florida, and she is an active volunteer in the community including serving on the Central Florida Employment Council

Gloria Klar
Executive Director

Gloria has more than 10 years experience in the health care management field. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Gloria worked at Crdentia Healthcare and Staffing in Jacksonville, Florida as an Account Manager and was then promoted to Branch Manager. While there, Gloria built revenue, networked, ensured client satisfaction, and visited existing, as well as potential, clients on a weekly basis. She has also worked at ATS Health Care as Staffing Manager and supervisor of after hours on call, Pitney Bowes Customer Support Center as Corporate Trainer of new employees and as an Office Manager in a doctor's office in Jacksonville, Florida. Her breadth of experience includes working at Okinawa Shinpan Finance in Okinawa, Japan, as a Loan Officer Manager for Military personnel and is active in politics including supporting presidential and congressional efforts. Gloria earned a bachelor of science degree in Business from Edgecombe Community College. She is also an avid volunteer for the Leukemia Foundation.

Terry Carter, RN, CCM
Director of Client Services

Terry brings 35 years experience as a Registered Nurse, primarily working in the home health care field. Prior to joining SeniorBridge, Terry worked as Director of Nursing at Crdentia Health Care and ATS Health Services in Jacksonville, Florida. She has also served as Case Manager for CHCS Services, Inc. in Weston, Florida and Director of Nursing at Maxicare Home Health and ContinueCare Home Health in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Terry's breadth of experience also includes having working in the Intensive Care Unit, recovery room and cardiac step-down unit within the hospital setting in Virginia and Pennsylvania. Terry received her nursing education at The Robert Packer School of Nursing in Sayre, Pennsylvania where she graduated with a diploma in Nursing. Terry holds licensure in the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse and also holds a Certified Case Manager certification.
